A little about me

I’ve spent almost 15 years working inside and alongside Creative Teams — leading Operations, supporting Production, running Studios, negotiating Partnerships, and helping projects move from idea to delivery. Most of my work sits at the point where Creative ambition, human pressure, and operational reality meet.

I began my career in the wider Entertainment Industry before moving fully into Games. That mix has shaped how I work today: a blend of Creative understanding, practical structure, and a genuine interest in how people show up in the work they care about.

I’ve held senior roles inside Independent Studios, supported others as their Operations or Studio Lead, and worked closely with Founders at very different stages of their careers. I’ve helped build new teams, stabilise Studios during difficult periods, secure funding, navigate publisher conversations, run restructures, support Leadership transitions, and create the systems that help Creative work move rather than stall.

I’ve been in the room during milestone pressure, Team conflict, sensitive conversations, big Creative decisions, and the quiet moments where a Founder admits they’re not sure what to do next. Those moments have shaped the steadiness I bring into my work today.

My background and training

Alongside hands-on Studio experience, I’m an Accredited Coach with psychological training and degrees in Psychology (BSc), Music (BMus) and Musicology (MA). I’ve always been drawn to how people form identity, make decisions, and navigate pressure — themes that continue to guide my work with Creative Leaders and Teams.

I hold a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Cambridge, and I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Association for Coaching, the CIPD, and the British Psychological Society.
